When it happens
Section titled “When it happens”403: a banned user tries to sign in or to reverify a session.422: the Backend API is asked for an actor token for a banned user; banned users cannot be impersonated.
You ban and unban users in the dashboard or with the Backend API (POST /v1/backend/users/{userId}/ban).
What to do
