Limits and usage are per application's production instance. Development instances are free on both plans, are never counted, and hold up to 100 users each.

Monthly retained users

A monthly retained user (MRU) is a user who signs in during the month (gets a session or an OIDC token) on a later day than the day they signed up. A user who signs up and never comes back on another day is not counted.

Questions

What happens when an application goes over its limit?

Your users can always sign in: a plan's limits never block them. On Free, an application over 50,000 monthly retained users two months in a row stops the workspace from creating new applications, until a month under the limit or Pro. On Pro, the users above the included 100,000 are billed at $0.01 each at the end of the month.

Who takes the payment?

Polar, our payment provider, is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, works out and adds any tax, and sends the receipts. Card details never reach Zautha.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, in full, if you ask within 14 days of a subscription's first payment. After that there are no refunds. Polar may also refund a payment at its own discretion within 60 days. The details are in theTerms of Service.

How do I cancel?

From the dashboard's billing page, at any time. Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for; then the workspace returns to Free. Nothing is deleted, but the audit log keeps 7 days again.

Is there an SLA?

No. Zautha has no service level agreement on any plan.
