When it happens
Section titled “When it happens”Zautha stops working on a request that is still running after 30 seconds and answers 504 with this code. Something
it depends on was slow to answer; nothing about the request itself was wrong as far as Zautha can tell.
What to do
Section titled “What to do”Retry after a moment; requests that create objects can use an Idempotency-Key so that a retry is safe. If it keeps
happening, check the status page or write to
support@zautha.com with the problem’s trace_id.
