When it happens
Section titled “When it happens”An organization must keep a member who can manage its members and delete it (org:sys_memberships:manage,
org:sys_memberships:read, org:sys_profile:delete). The change would remove the last such member, or take one of
these permissions from the creator role (then on permissions or creator_role).
