idempotency_key_reused

When it happens

The Backend API’s create endpoints (users, organizations, memberships, invitations, roles, permissions) accept an Idempotency-Key header. A key is kept for 24 hours with the request it came with. This code means the key was used before with a different method, path or body.

What to do

Use a new key for each distinct request, and the same key only to retry the same request.
