When it happens
Section titled “When it happens”A sign-in names an identifier that no user has, and the instance has enumeration protection off. With it on (the
default), an unknown identifier looks the same as a known one until the password or code is checked. A sign-in by
invitation whose invited address has no account gets it on ticket.
