When it happens
Section titled “When it happens”The Cookie header has a cookie whose name is malformed, uses a __Host- or __Secure- prefix with the wrong letter
case, or repeats an earlier cookie’s name in another letter case. Such cookies can be planted by another site to
confuse the server, so the request is refused.
